Refund and Cancellation Policies

If the student cannot start class, a course tuition(not $50 registration fee, $50 supplies, $100 background check, and $100 Urine test.) refund can be requested, but it should be more than 1 week before the program start date. Refunds are only applicable if the student has requested a refund 1 week from the course start date. The refund request must be in writing and sent to: admin@dmscaretraining.com

Once lessons have begun, payment is non-refundable.  DMS does not, under any circumstance, give cash refunds to students who do not or cannot finish the program for which they have registered. It is the student's responsibility to comply with the established schedule. A complete no-show results in the loss of class.

Rescheduling classes

The rescheduling of online classes is possible; however, keeping in mind the goal of high-quality service, and considering the detailed scheduling facilitated by our Academic Department, DMS permits rescheduling one class per month. In order to reschedule, the student must:

Notify the instructor by email within 24 hours of your class start time; notification less than 24 hours is not valid and results in the loss of the class. Rescheduled classes must occur within the confirmed course dates and ideally be rescheduled during the same week of cancellation; rescheduling requests must be sent in writing to and arranged with your respective instructor.

Suspension of classes

Once the program initiates the student wants to suspend classes, the suspension can span up to 4 weeks; we allow only 1 suspension request per course. Kindly note that the class schedule may vary upon restarting due to professor availability. If the student cannot restart classes within the maximum 1-week suspension timeframe, the program will be terminated without a refund.  Suspension of studies requests must be sent in writing to: admin@dmscaretraining.com

Policies for group class (clinical) cancellation. In group classes a no-show results in the loss of class; make-ups are not possible. The student can still access the didactic material available on the DMS virtual campus platform. In the case of one absence or two late arrivals, the Academic Department recommends tutor sessions to catch up with the group; the additional cost is $20 per hour. Should the student not do so and demonstrates a lack of knowledge in the group class sessions, measured by not knowing the material presented during the missed class time, DMS may deny the student access without refund, so as not to affect the academic progress of the other classmates. If a student arrives late to the clinical, it is at the instructor's discretion to connect the tardy student to the program immediately or wait until a group activity has finished. The student must follow the agreed-upon class schedule. Only holidays established in the American calendar will be off days for students. There is a minimum of 1 student per group and a maximum of 10 students. Group programs admit students in any period of the course duration; new students must take a placement test to verify their level.

환불 및 취소 정책

학생이 수업을 시작할 수 없는 경우, 수업료( $50 등록비, $50 수업자료비용 제외) 100% 환불을 요청할 수 있지만 프로그램 시작일로부터 1주일 이내여야 합니다. 과정 시작일로부터 1주일 이전에 환불을 요청하지 않은 경우 환불이 적용되지 않습니다. 환불 요청은 서면으로 작성하여 admin@dmscaretraining.com으로 보내야 합니다.
수업이 시작되면 환불이 불가합니다. DMS는 어떠한 경우에도 등록한 프로그램을 완료하지 못하거나 완료할 수 없는 학생에게 현금 환불을 제공하지 않습니다. 정해진 일정을 준수하는 것은 학생의 책임입니다. 

수업 일정 변경

온라인 수업 일정 조정이 가능합니다. 단, 양질의 서비스 제공을 위한 목적과 본교 교무처의 세부 일정을 고려하여 DMS는 월 1회 수업의 일정 변경을 허용하고 있습니다. 일정을 변경하려면 학생은 다음을 수행해야 합니다.
수업 시작 시간으로부터 24시간 이내에 이메일로 강사에게 알리십시오. 24시간 미만의 통지는 유효하지 않으며 수업에서 손실됩니다. 일정이 변경된 수업은 확정된 과정 날짜 내에 이루어져야 하며, 이상적으로는 취소한 같은 주에 일정을 변경해야 합니다. 일정 변경 요청은 각 강사에게 서면으로 보내야 합니다.

수업 중단

프로그램이 시작되면 학생이 수업 중단을 원하는 경우 중단 기간은 4주를 초과할 수 없습니다. 코스당 1회의 정지 요청만 허용합니다. 수업 재개 시 교수님의 사정에 따라 수업 일정이 변경될 수 있음을 알려드립니다. 학생이 최대 1주 중단 기간 내에 수업을 재개할 수 없는 경우 프로그램은 환불 없이 종료됩니다. 연구 중단 요청은 서면으로 보내야 합니다: admin@dmscaretraining.com

그룹 수업(임상) 메이크업은 불가능합니다. 학생은 DMS 캠퍼스 플랫폼에서 제공되는 교육 자료에 2 달간 수 있습니다. 한 번 결석하거나 두 번 늦게 도착하는 경우, 학업 부서에서는 그룹을 따라잡을 수 있는 추가 세션을 권장합니다. 추가 비용은 시간당 $20입니다. 학생이 그렇게 하지 않고 그룹 수업 세션에서 지식 부족을 입증하는 경우(결석 수업 시간 동안 제시된 자료를 알지 못하는 것으로 측정됨) DMS는 환불 없이 학생 액세스를 거부할 수 있습니다. 학생이 임상에 늦게 도착하는 경우 지각한 학생을 프로그램에 즉시 연결하거나 이미 진행 중인 그룹 활동이 끝날 때까지 기다리는 것은 강사의 재량입니다. 미국 달력에 정해진 공휴일만 휴교일입니다. 그룹당 최소 1명의 학생과 최대 10명의 학생이 있습니다.
